Campaign Executor

The Campaign Executor is responsible for creating a plan and implementing that plan to realize significant support for your mission. An honest review of the current operations will allow for creating a new business plan that would ensure the future of the mission of your organization. Taking the traditional partnership one step further, as executors for your campaign, we are responsible for the day to day management and yes will make the personal visits neccessary for your campaign to be successful.

Annual Fund Analysis

Reviewing the current annual fund plan takes cooperation with the people internally that implement the plan. We would work closely with your development staff to make sure that each possible constituent group is being thoughfully targeted and spoken to. Setting goals for mailings, making telephone contact, personal visits and email campaign efforts are a part of what we would evaluate.

Feasiblity Study

Working with select board members we will provide an audit of where the organization is financially, where the organization needs to be and create a timeline and strategy to realize the funding necessary to sustain the organization. Our organization will then assemble the elements for a campaign and communicate that with the proper stakeholders and staff of the organization and together we will engage people to see if the campaign is feasible for your organization.

For some of our clients their grass roots approach to finding prospects needs to be enhanced by our team. We are able to house the data for a number of different campaigns at one time. Purchasing lists and continuing to update the contact information for individuals is hard work for some organizations to handle in house. We are able to provide these services and provide the information in the digital format neccessary to the mailhouse.

Accounting

KTT & Associates will handle all accounting functions relevant to the successful implementation of the campaign. The accounting function includes but is not limited to bookkeeping, asset management as directed by the Foundation, managing donor records and scholarship disbursements. On an annual basis KTT & Associates will work with the professional accounting firm of record and provide the financial information required for a complete the audit of the foundation.
